Refund policy

Please request a return or exchange by sending an email to torontogoldconnect@gmail.com

Items that have been unworn and undamaged with all tags attached are eligible for return for up to 7 days after an item has been delivered. (According to tracking number)

The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.

A refund will be issued once the item has been recovered and inspected to ensure there are no signs of wear.
